Rav commenced his career in Real Estate in January 2020 having previously spent 11 years working in the corporate sector with roles in Client Relations and Domestic and Export Logistics.
Rav manages the Kemp Real Estate Residential and Commercial Property Management division and is also actively involved with Business Operations and Business Strategy. Rav is passionate and active in promoting a high performing team environment that facilitates the growth of both the team and the individuals within it.
