Dr Sarah Bell is the Director of Strategic Partnerships, Asia Pacific, responsible for creating collaboration and value on behalf of MRI within APAC’s Proptech landscape, ensuring that our partnerships support a customer centric, best in class product offering, within an open and connected ecosystem.

Sarah is a prominent and well-respected leader who has been a critical part of advancing Australia’s real estate sector with technology and innovation, both through her experience as founder of Australia’s first serious AI application for real estate and through her research Doctorate in AI & advanced software. Motivated by creating AI empowerment, Sarah is also the author of the ethnographic novel, UpTown, which embodies the empirical findings of her AI research in trust and interpretability into an accessible narrative.

Her contributions to the real estate sector have earned her numerous accolades, including Innovator of the Year (2021, 2022, 2023), Innovation Hall of Fame, Excellence in Real Estate and Proptech Leader of the Year 2023; as well as Wellness Initiative of the Year (2021, 2022) for her work as a founding Director of the Rise Initiative.
