Currently Director of Property Management at Marshall White, Paula has been instrumental in growing and managing over 3,000 residential properties across six offices, while leading a team of more than 60. But her influence doesn’t stop at the office door – as a trustee of the Marshall White Foundation, Paula is also a fierce advocate for community causes including mental health and homelessness.

A qualified workplace trainer and mother of five, Paula has built a legacy of balance, brilliance, and generosity.
